SPI provides the following subpoena and process services:
- Routine Service
For "non-urgent" Subpoena and Process Services, Southeastern PA Investigations will make a first attempt at service within three (3) days of receipt of the documents.
If necessary, a second attempt will be made at no additional charge.
- Priority Service
If "urgent" Subpoena Service or Process Services is required, Southeastern PA Investigations will make a service attempt immediately upon receipt of the documentation.
If necessary, urgent, repeated service attempts will be conducted.
(Most of SPI's Subpoena and Process services are conducted in Chester County, Pennsylvania)
